Great location, just 10-15 minutes from the main attractions. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit cold in the room, and we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temperature. It was a nice touch to receive a pack of traditional Christmas cookies as a gift from the hotel. It would have been better to have two bottles of water for two people, as we only received one. However, it was great to have a kettle and teabags in the room. The TV had the option to switch to English audio, which was a nice feature. The staff were sweet and helpful. Overall, a great choice for staying in Strasbourg.

We were really pleased with all aspects of our stay here. We are a family of 2 parents and 4 children (age 9 - 15). We immediately felt welcome, with warm, friendly and efficient service from all the staff. It was a few minutes' walk from the train station, and about 10 minutes from the centre/tourist area of town. The lobby was comfortable and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The rooms were exactly how we had specified - we had two rooms of 3 people each - and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Extensive buffet breakfast made everyone happy.

We enjoyed their buffet breakfast with its selection of meat, cheeses, breads, eggs and fruit. We loved the location, only 6 minutes to the train station and an easy walk to Petite France and Old Town. What made our stay even more special, was the kind and helpful reception staff. They really made us feel welcome.

The property was located just a five minute walk from the train station and a quick 10-15 minute walk from the historic center and most of the city’s main attractions. The room was comfortable. I was always happy to return to the hotel after a long day of exploring beautiful Strasbourg!
